We, at Valley County Transit, are dedicated to excellence in mobility options. As our riders, you have the right to:

1. A safe reliable bus ride

2. Professional and courteous service

3. A clean, comfortable, well-maintained vehicle

4. A vehicle carrying public liability insurance as required by law

5. A licensed, fully trained driver, neatly dressed and well mannered

6. Compliance with all vehicle and traffic laws and regulations

7. Accurate information on routes, schedules, fares, and other mobility options

8. Know the bus number and driver to report incidents or resolve problems

9. Rider-to-rider courtesy as encouraged by the bus operator

10. Access to and receive a timely response from Valley County Transit

11. Tell us about the qualify of our service and how we can make your transit system better
